Description

Kenmare Holiday Village is situated on the Sneem Road, a 12 minute stroll to the award winning town of Kenmare, the perfect base for touring the Ring of Kerry, Skellig Islands and many other attractions. The town hosts many craft shops, galleries and award winning restaurants. Guests can also enjoy the Leisure facilities at the nearby Kenmare Bay Hotel which is just a few minutes walk from the holiday village, charges do apply.

The holiday homes comprise of 3 bedrooms with a double en suite, a twin bedroom and single bedroom. Each house has a lounge with TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen is supplied and towels can be hired at €3 per set. Utilities are an additional charge, they are meter read and paid on departure.

Location

Gleninchaquin Park and Stone Circle has a long and a short walking route and offers the visitor breathtaking scenery. Gleninchaquin boasts a stunning waterfall and an ancient stone circle.

Molly Gallivan's Cottage & Traditional Farm, where visitors can have a unique Irish experience and visit an old style farm and cottage. Molly Gallivan was a famous widow who survived hard times by selling farm produce, honey and the poitín that she was famous for. This farm is bounded by a neolithic wall that dates back to pagan calender's. On the farm chicken's run about and the setting is rural and charming. Molly Gallivan's is open 7 days a week from March - November and hosts Irish nights full of song and dance.
